a charming stay in the city

i found the location very central! it made seeing the sites easy. the shower had fantastic water pressure, and i enjoyed the comfortable bed! the staff were friendly.

the location was convenient to various attractions. the staff were very friendly and helpful. my room, a beautiful double room, was clean.
the spa was not in good condition. it looked tired and some equipment was broken. i found the jacuzzi filthy and i think i had to pay extra for dressing gowns and slippers which was unexpected

the staff were very attentive and helpful. the room was clean, i was pleased. plenty choice of food was available for breakfast, from sausages to croissants. i also enjoyed the pool with sauna.
the room we were in was on the first floor, it was noisy. even when the windows were closed, i could not sleep until late at night. i could not open the curtains, people would see inside the room. the restaurant has seats under direct sunlight without shade.

the location was okay. it was close to some attractions.
i was really disappointed with several things. the breakfast was not good and had very little choice. the coffee was bad and i would never book this hotel again because of it and the bathroom was dirty.
